Some people would consider me an impatient person but you can't be impatient and sell Sacramento short sales. So, I would say those people are mistaken. I have a lot of patience. I tell that to negotiators, too, when they call and apologize for taking so long to find the answer they are seeking while we are talking. I just assure them that I am a Sacramento short sale agent, so I have a ton of patience. It comes with the territory.
What I don't have a lot of patience for is real estate agents who make promises they can't keep. I'm sure they don't see it that way. They see it as being hopeful, developing a positive attitude, working for a better outcome, and that it's their job to try to delay cancellations. But I see it as wishful thinking.
