Wishful Thinking is Wishing People Would Do What They Say They Will Do

wishful thinking short saleSome people would consider me an impatient person but you can't be impatient and sell Sacramento short sales. So, I would say those people are mistaken. I have a lot of patience. I tell that to negotiators, too, when they call and apologize for taking so long to find the answer they are seeking while we are talking. I just assure them that I am a Sacramento short sale agent, so I have a ton of patience. It comes with the territory.

What I don't have a lot of patience for is real estate agents who make promises they can't keep. I'm sure they don't see it that way. They see it as being hopeful, developing a positive attitude, working for a better outcome, and that it's their job to try to delay cancellations. But I see it as wishful thinking.
