The Best Part of a Short Sale Closing

Chris Ann Cleland wrote a blog about how an agent in her office views closing a transaction. It inspired me to write a blog this morning about what happens at closing for a Sacramento short sale agent. I had a bunch of closings on Friday and a bunch more will close on Monday. It's year end for the short sale business and many sellers want to close before January 1. Some are worried about taxes because of the mortgage debt relief expiring. Some are worried just to worry because it's in their nature to worry.
