Introducing Amy McMullan, Sacramento Buyer's Agent

Amy McMullan and Elizabeth WeintraubAmy McMullan is a force to be reckoned with -- you can see her coming but when she passes by, you won't know what hit you except that you will be a better person for it. I can't be more excited than if you told me there is a real program for losing weight without modifying your food intake nor exercising. Amy McMullan is in training to join the Elizabeth Weintraub Team, and she is officially a real estate salesperson at Lyon Real Estate with me.

I've known Amy for years, one of the first people I met when I moved to Sacramento. Out of everybody I know, if I had to pluck one person from my life who has all of the qualities that make up a superstar Realtor, that one person would be Amy. She is brilliant, talented, kind, sweet and compassionate, with a terrific sense of humor, warm style and a positive attitude, a bundle of energy exploding with enthusiasm, and she is gonna make one helluva an agent.

She's already written her first Active Rain Amy McMullan Blog. Be sure to stop by and say hello to her, and I see some of you have done already. Please give Amy a big Active Rain Welcome! And you can also read more about Amy in my personal blog today at this link: Amy McMullan in Training at Elizabeth Weintraub Team.

Part of the reason many people leave their home states and move to California is so they will have somewhere else to go on Thanksgiving. Then there are people who just want to get away from family and not deal with family gatherings, or perhaps… more
This Thanksgiving Why Don't You Just Knock it Off?

Being One Digit Off Can Ruin Your Whole Day

Ergonomic Tools for Full-Time Realtors
You sit in your chair as an agent for a good part of your day, if you're a full-time agent. Part-time agents have lots of time to do other things: go shopping, plant gardens, watch TV, read books, tend to kids, pets, whatever they do when they're… more

The Last Weekend to Buy a Home and Move By Christmas
I'm not saying that next week is not a good time to buy a home in Sacramento; however, if you want to move into said home by Christmas and you are obtaining a mortgage to finance the sale, you need to be out this weekend making an offer. Yes, this… more
