When You're Writing About Whatever it Should Make Some Kind of Sense

Reading blogs on AR can suck me in so easily that I have to be careful about how much time I actually spend on AR. It's not like this Sacramento Realtor has unlimited periods of time during the day in which to chat with other real estate agents about things that are not pertinent to my clients nor my business. But I do enjoy the social aspect of it, and getting to know people. I've made a lot of great friends on AR.

I learn things, too. Even after 40 years of dwelling in real estate I still have room in my brain for new information. Sometimes, I pick up stuff from my blogging that I didn't even realize in myself, and that's been helpful as well. Because I freely share my thoughts and ideas with not only the consumer public but also with other agents. I am not bashful at letting others know how I run my business because what goes around, comes around in this life. I write about "whatever."

You can read more in my personal blog today: Thoughts About Starting the Day in Sacramento Real Estate.

How Many Offers Will You Write to Buy a Sacramento Home?

An agent asked when we will present offers on a certain listing. I present offers as they arrive and, in fact have an offer now, which I disclosed and added: but the sellers hope to make a decision today. The agent asked if he could send an offer… more
Will You Do My Buyer's Agent Job Because He is Too Busy?

It's a simple question: are you working with an agent? But many Sacramento home buyers don't know how to answer that question, so I caution my team members to go that extra step when qualifying a home buyer. They need to ask if the buyer understands… more
