Need a Realtor for an Emergency Sacramento Listing?

I call them emergency listings. I don't know what other agents call them or how they refer to the people who did not need an agent yesterday, no thank you, sir, but desperately require a Realtor's services today, this very minute. The last listing I took like this was a probate trust sale, and the trustee was in Sacramento for only a few hours, cleaning out the house.

You'd be amazed at how quickly I could go from sitting in front of my computer in a robe and slippers to heels and makeup, signing the paperwork on a desk the movers were shoving down the driveway. A Place to Go Near Land Park for Sacramento Dim Sum
There are many places in Sacramento that serve dim sum, but one of our favorite restaurants is close to our home in Land Park. It's not as good as, say, Chinatown in San Francisco, but it's respectably delicious. My husband and I tend to consume a… more
A Land Park Nail Salon Beats a Midtown Sacramento Bar

Are Bay Area Agents Entitled to a Commission in Sacramento?
I do not pretend to know everything about Sacramento real estate but I know enough about small details that I tend to follow the rules. Being high profile also means I need to set an example for other agents. People listen to me. That's a… more

When You Cannot Make up Worst Stuff About an FHA Short Sale
When you cannot make up worse stuff about an FHA short sale, then you just stick to the facts. Which is what I have done in my blog today. In the rare occassions when I have had to break bad news to a seller, I call the seller and speak on the phone… more

Can I Sell a House in Sacramento in December?
We still sell houses in Sacramento in December, and it's much easier than, say, selling a home in Minneapolis in December. A little rain never hurt anybody, and temperatures are still mild in Sacramento. We have sunny days as well. When you live in… more
