How Long Would You Work With a Carmichael Seller?

Maybe it's my years of short sale experience that taught me so much patience, or maybe it's after 40-some years in the real estate business that I don't really care how long it takes for a transaction to process if my seller in Carmichael is not yet ready to list his home. I'm not one of those agents who counts her marbles daily to tally how many lisings she has. In fact, when I am asked how many listings I have, I find that I need to stop and think about the numbers.

It's just not important. What's important is how happy my sellers are with my performance. That's the factor that I never forget nor overlook. It's at top-of-mind all the time, and the way I keep it at top of mind is by doing the things that help my sellers. Even if it involves more things than maybe other agents would do. You can read more about this in my personal blog today at this link: Carmichael Real Estate Agent Waits Two Years for Seller.

Collins and Mann at Mondavi Center a Sheer Delight
When Billy Collins and Aimee Mann appeared together on stage last night at Mondavi Center in Davis, Billy (I think I can safely call a 75-year-old guy Billy) said that 1/3 of the audience is probably his fans, another 1/3 fans of Aimee Mann and then… more

Four Brand New Homes for Sale in Sacramento
I love the new home market that has been springing up around Sacramento lately and, judging by the sales numbers, I'd say home buyers love it, too. That's not to say an older home doesn't have its charm, but many older homes in this new price range… more
