You can just hear how it must have happened. Dude, look, we can go over to Zillow and scrape off their list of agents. These agents are like gold, man, because they pay Zillow. We'll put them all together on a list for each metropolitan city, and then create a separate web page for each city listing those agents . . .

They make it sound like you'll get enhanced SEO, like there are no places to get a list of top agents in every city. And not all of these are necessarily as they appear, either. That data is not verified.
