The New Mac Pros Laptops Are Strange Creatures

This is what happens in life. You blink for just one minute and all the technology around you flips a 180. I could not believe my eyes when I walked into the Apple Store. And I was just there last summer after I had left my iPad on the plane and it took Delta 3 weeks to ship it back to me. Who can wait 3 weeks for their iPad? And I paid for the FedX shipping, too. Everyday I called that airline, but evidently SOooo many people leave tech gadgets and computers on the plane that they can't keep up.

It was time for me, though, to check out the new Mac pro laptops. My old Mac Pro laptop pales horribly by comparison and it's been way too long. You can read more in my personal blog today at this link: Apple Made Many Changes With New Mac Pro Laptop.

Listings Agents Have a Valid Reason to Ignore Cellphone
For me, there is no excuse not to answer my phone. Sometimes, I will put callers on hold while I pop on the other line to let a new caller know I will call them back -- because sending pre-written text messages doesn't always work. Not everybody… more
Starter Home for First Timers or Investors is Priced to Sell
Pricing homes to extract maximum profit without venturing into crazyland is definitely a tricky thing in Sacramento real estate. On the one hand, you don't want to be so low that buyers try to go lower because they think you're desperate to give… more

My Thoughts About How to Choose Real Estate Clients
You hear so much in the news about how to choose a real estate agent, but you rarely read much about how real estate agents should choose their clients. There are few "how to interview your client" content pieces by Realtors because most… more
Why So Many People Prefer the Missionary Position
So far this year, time has been flying by. I can't believe it is in the middle of February already. Yesterday, being Valentine's Day, was a holiday that crept outta of nowhere. When my husband mentioned we had both forgotten about the day, we… more
Home in Wilhaggin Closed and Monarch Butterflies Trip
It is possible I might not have time to post blogs for about a week or so, after this blog, that is. It all sorta depends on how things go in Mexico and how much time I have because my clients come first. The rest of you can all yammer about how… more
Agents Have IRS Extension for Estimated Taxes in 2016
You might not know that you can pay your estimated taxes online these days and agents don't have to rush to the post office to get in before the deadline. Further, our deadline for 2016 is extended to today. I took a look at the Franchise Tax Board… more
Using Twitter to Link to Your Own Website, Is it Kosher?
Dear Twitter: I have been a member of your community for 10 years, and you may not realize this, but it's come to my attention that people are using Twitter as click bait. They write a few words and then link to their website. This annoys me to no… more
A Saffron Finch to Start Your Day and a Tax Question
