One Way to Handle Religion and Politics in Real Estate

Increasingly, I am hearing about real estate agents who get all of their business from fellow church members. Sometimes the agents get referrals to clients from other church members who were previous clients. I mean if a person needs a reason to go to church, here you go.

The word just spreads through the aisles, and it's not the word of you-know-who. It's the word that everybody considers sacred in California: open house Sunday.

As I often say, open houses are the California state religion. For those agents, I bet they can't go wrong talking about religion, but I would not personally know.
