Home on Davini Lane Beats the Competition Price-Wise

One of my buyer's agents reported that a few open house guests said they did not like three levels. My response to him was take a look at Mill at Broadway. Mostly all 3 flights of stairs (and selling) despite being under two freeways, with HOA dues and slammed together in tight quarters.

In addition, what else can you buy in 95818 for less than half a million? Well, there is a small 1 bath home in Upper Land Park for sale. Or, you can buy a two bedroom, 1 bath with less than 1,000 square feet. Or how about a 1 bath home that needs work in Curtis Park?

Or you can get 2 bedrooms, plus a loft, and 3 baths with all the bells and whistles at Southpark. You can read more in my personal blog today at this link: Reduced Price for 2214 Davini Lane in 95818.

When you start out looking for a home to buy, you might be focused on a wide price range instead of narrowing your selections, and that's perfectly OK. You might say you initially would like to buy a home under a million, but closer to half a… more

Home Buyers Benefit from Services of a Buyer's Agent

Back in the days when I bought homes to fix up and flip, I thought I knew everything about real estate. In retrospect, I knew the bare basics because I lived in a state where I knew little about local real estate, much less statewide, and because I… more
A Perfect Window of Opportunity Gets Blown

When a listing agent deals with enough buyer's agents, the same story often pops up over and over. It is this crazy talk of commitment, dedication, and unrelenting love for the property, when much of it is puffery. Some buyer's agents will say… more
Who is Buying Homes at Christmas in Sacramento?

One of the perks of being in Hawaii around Christmas-time is my phone rarely rings. But not this year, for some reason. Why aren't people with their families celebrating? Why are they calling real estate agents? Well, maybe it's the eggnog. Or,… more
One Home Buyer's Dog House is Another Buyer's Mansion
