The New Cinemark Century Theater at DoCo Sacramento

The first thing I noticed when we got to the new movie theater at Downtown Commons in Sacramento yesterday was how few people seemed to occupy the space. There were enough of them standing in line for popcorn and whatnot, and 3 super large counter signs under which they stood. But not the huge crowds like I expected.

Nobody on the sidewalk. I wondered if they were all in the theatre where Black Panther was playing. Or maybe they were there to see Peter Rabbit. The Shape of Water has been out for a while. Our theatre, stuck at the end of the lower level, seemed small. You can read more in my personal blog today at this link: The Shape of Water at New Century DoCo in Sacramento.
