There are days I suspect I'd be better off if I did not answer my phone. I know I'd get more work done instead of pacing the floor as I speak. I can't just sit in my chair and talk. I don't know why.

I had to remind her that this is not the buyer's home. It belongs to the seller. The seller makes the rules. The rule is the door stays unlocked. Seller's home. Seller's insurance policy.
