It was a dark and cold and blustery Sunday night, oh, wait, that was in Minnesota. Here in Sacramento it was just dark. And very busy. I had a private showing going on at one home in Elk Grove with about 15 groups of buyers and their agents touring the home during its two-hour showing time. No matter how many times I try to explain that a buyer's agent needs to accompany a buyer, there are always one or two who show up without an agent. But I try to accommodate them anyway and get that home sold.
At another, we were already reviewing offers and trying to narrow down the top contenders. I prepared four sets of net sheets for the sellers so they could compare the bottom lines from the top 4 offers.
