My new fresh hell of the day (and isn't there always some new fresh hell of the day?) is the fact that we can't seem to close a home in Lincoln Crossing to save the credit union's life. This is a situation in which the buyer's loan-to-value ratio is about 25%. We were supposed to close a week ago yesterday, and we still have no loan docs nor even a reasonable time-frame as to when we will receive loan docs.
I imagine the poor buyers, who are represented by another agent, are pretty miffed and had expected to be moved into their new home in Lincoln by Halloween. Which didn't happen. You can read more in my personal blog today about Types of Sacramento Mortgage Lenders Who Don't Give a Crap. I realize I should have titled it: "that don't give a crap" but sometimes being grammatically correct loses its impact.
