Clients from yesterday, whose home was not yet on the market, withdrew the home from consideration and asked me to rip up the listing paperwork. Just not ready to sell. Oh, well. That rarely happens with my clients as most of my sellers know exactly what they want and when they want it. Like these sellers of this delightful starter home in Rosemont. They have decided to move to a less populated area, sort of out in the country.
I walked through the home with them last month and suggested a few improvements, tweaks, not much, just a few things to make this adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath even more desirable. It now ready for sale, and they are out looking to find another home. It's updated with wood laminate flooring, newer appliances and light fixures, and cute as a button.
