Great home for an outstanding price; I can't think of a better person to get into a home for a super price than you. I really believe if anyone reading this as a consumer is sitting on the fence and thinking of buying that they need to contact you immediately and get buying. The opportunity will not last forever.

So many of the short sales have had very little care for the past few years and need help this property looks wonderful.

This short sale home in Land Park just hit the MLS late yesterday afternoon. I imagine after tour tomorrow that I'll begin to receive offers. Maybe not as many as some of my other listings in Natomas and Elk Grove, though. That's because those areas have been hit much harder on pricing than Land Park, so some of those homes are selling at 50% of original sale prices from 4 years ago.
