Elizabeth: Twelve foot ceilings are a rare occurence in my part of the country. Sounds like a really neat home.
Hi Elizabeth... I'm becoming very jealous... why do your short sale listings all looks so phenomonal?
Hi Chris Ann: You don't find 12-foot ceilings all over the place in Sacramento, either.
Hi Steve: Probably because my sellers really care about what happens to their homes and don't walk away from them.
That is a great price for that home and a nice location
best of luck with it
your friend in Charlottesville Virginia!
condition is so important to get the best prices too bad the banks don't realize it and prepare their homes to attract more buyers.
Our short sale sellers live in their homes and they show well which sure makes life easier for everyone in a lot of ways...this will be gone in a California millisecond !
