I have to tell you that there is a dead spot for cellphone reception on Serrano Parkway. And sometimes, you'll get a little winter fog in the hills in early morning. As I drove up to my new short sale listing in El Dorado Hills yesterday, fog hugged the trees and homes, but the valley was completely clear. It reminded me of a French village in Provence.

The family room has a fireplace, ceiling fan, an area rug over tile and it creates a great concept, which incorporates the huge kitchen. There is a dining space in the kitchen as well.

Elizabeth: Nice listing. It's amazing what a little bit of color will do to a room. Love the bathroom, and yet, I doubt I would have seen the possibilities of using red wallpaper in a bathroom.

This is a unique home. Probably because it was tricked out as a model, but it has a nice flow to it and a good location. I imagine I'll be receiving offers later on this week.
One weird thing did happen with this, though. I went to post it on Zillow and discovered some other Sacramento agent was claiming it as his listing. I notified Zillow and the seller. The seller emailed the agent. But it wasn't immediately removed. So I looked at this agent's other so-called listings on Zillow, and he had stolen about 30 of them. Some weren't even on the market. I don't generally go around reporting agents, but this was so blatant, I sent it to the board.
Can you believe that price for a Serrano home Elizabeth??? Unbelievable! Serrano is a wonderful home in a community with fantastic views and amenities. I suspect you already have several offers!
