When I drive buyers around to show homes in Land Park, I sometimes point out the homes on Vallejo Way, between Land Park Drive and 14th Street, which I listed and sold. I tell buyers how I sold that entire block on the north side of Vallejo Way. Which is true. But I also quickly point out that there are only 2 homes on that block. That's always good for a chuckle.
