Elizabeth Weintraub • Sacramento Real Estate Agent: Is it Hard to Find a Sacramento Listing Specialist?

Is it Hard to Find a Sacramento Listing Specialist?

Do you think it is hard to find a Sacramento listing specialist? I didn't think so, as I know a few outside of my practice, but my clients tell me otherwise. Although, the way I look at it, how many listing specialists do they need anyway? When they connect with an experienced agent with integrity, they should hire that person.

Because somebody, probably me, reiterated in article after article how important it is to interview agents before hiring . . . but I forgot to mention that doesn't apply to me. LOL. That exercise is to help them to weed out the average agents in order to find a superior agent. Which they don't have to do if they should be fortunate enough to have such a person standing in front of them.

Good afternoon Elizabeth. Hard to believe there aren't a number of listing specialists but what do I know.

Hi Elizabeth- Many sellers forget to put their best foot forward when they begin their quest to get their home sold. And by best foot, I mean making sure they are off to a good start with the very best local agent they can get.

Elizabeth, once they find you, they should hire you right away!   No need to look further!

You're the listing agent that comes to mind when I hear Sacramento. I know sellers will have the best when they hire you.

Sheila Anderson Many of the teams in Sacramento do not operate like my team. We are rather unique in that way.

Kathy Streib I think most sellers tend to dread putting their home on the market, so they go with the first agent they meet.

Joan Cox You are very kind. But you know, half the time they are quoting an article I wrote on The Balance back in my face and they don't even realize that I wrote a very popular how to interview your real estate agent article.
