An affordable and rare four-bedroom condo with three baths in East College Greens, this home is ready to move in. Boasts a large living room with separate dining area. The dining area overlooks the kitchen and back yard. It has a newer dual pane patio door and kitchen window, and a separate laundry room with guest bath on the main floor.

Upstairs are four bedrooms. The master is enormous and overlooks the back yard. The master bath has a built-in vanity, extra storage and a separate shower. Below is the master bedroom and one of the other three bedrooms:

The complex has five units per building, all two-stories, and they face perpendicular to the street, which unlike some of the other HOAs in East College Greens, eliminates the sound of cars driving by. The carport holds two cars. It's located near CSUS with easy access to the river bike trails. Minutes from downtown and nestled among single family homes, this home is more than 1,500 square feet and oh-so-affordable at $195,000.

Elizabeth, very nice! Love the greenery and I am such a deck person, you have no idea... :-)
Elizabeth
That looks pretty promising to me. You are the greatest.
Sincerely
Tom Braatz
Thanks, C. Although this home has no deck, it does have an enclosed patio, which is sort of rare in that neighborhood.
Hi Tom: You are always so sweet, thanks for stopping by.
I liked the outside pictures. The kitchen looked tight, but having 4 bedrooms probably took the space.
Elizabeth, that sounds affordable even for Arizona. That is a HUGE condo....and I love the peek inside. Good luck....;-)
Hi Susan: Yeah, the kitchen is a little cozy but it's big enough that two cooks could work in the space at the same time.
Hi Teri: It is huge, by most condo standards. And the neighborhood is fabulous. Lots of students from Sac State live in East College Greens. Often, their parents buy them condos because it's cheaper than renting.
