Elizabeth: Glad to see this short sale owners have found a knowledgable agent. Someone unfamiliar with the process can be a death blow to the entire process. Good luck! It's a lovely home.

Aren't things becoming extremely affordable?
Sincerely

You have definitely become the short sale queen, Elizabeth. Knowledge and experience!
Hey Chris, Tom and Fred: Yes, some homes in Sacramento right now ARE extremely affordable. That means teachers, police officers and firefighters can now afford to buy. Would-be buyers who were priced out are back in today.
Well - Those Sellers have the best little "short-sale" specialist I know, representing them :-)
Elizabeth, Nice home with good curb appeal. Best wishes for a quick sale.
Thanks, Myrl and Gary. We've had three offers in fewer than five days. All over list price. And they've been submitted to the bank. With my law school graduate pounding away on the bank, I imagine we'll get a short-sale approval by mid December. My fingers are crossed. These are very nice sellers who have fallen on hard times, and I'm very hopeful they will get a good price and a fast closing.
